Breast Screening Service

Beds & Herts Breast Screening Service will soon be offering breast screening to eligible ladies registered with us.  The mobile van will be situated in Sainsbury’s car park, Hartham Lane, Hertford with screening started end of September 2024.

The service invites around 60,000 women from across the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire region each year for screening.  Once every three years, all women between the ages of 50 and 70 will be routinely invited,  For every 500 women screened 1 life will be saved.  Please click on the following link for further information: https://www.bhbss.nhs.uk/home.aspx
