We are trying to improve the ways you can receive your test results.

If you are requesting the result of a test arranged by a hospital or a private consultant, please contact the hospital or private consultants secretary to obtain.

In future you may wish to register for online services to have the ability to Book or Cancel an Appointment, Request a Repeat Prescription, Change Personal Details and View your Medical Records without visiting the practice.

In the meantime please complete this form to request your results or alternatively you can telephone the surgery after 2pm.

Please note, we request that you do not assume that a result is normal if we do not contact you. The surgery will contact you if there is a significant problem with your results, but please contact us for all results as the GP may have made some suggestions or advice based on your results even if there is not a significant problem.
