District Nurses

We have a team of community district nurses who provide shared care for our patients who are unable to attend the surgery.

Health Visitor

The Hertford & Ware health visitors are based at Hertford County Hospital and can be contacted by telephoning 01992 823270. They will be pleased to help and advise on all child health matters.

Midwife

We maintain a close liaison with the community midwife. Although not based at the surgery the midwives office can be contacted.
