The results are being reviewed with our Patient Participation Group who, in conjunction with the Practice, will draw up an Action Plan to address some of the key issues under a ‘You said, we did’ theme.
A copy of the Action Plan will then be displayed on our Patient Participation Group noticeboard and made available via our website.
